Labcom Modules & Technologies

Aligned with the most updated technology trends, all Labcom Sistemas product portfolio is composed by software applications built using components from a library of software modules and protocol stacks, customizable and configurable according to each customer or network needs.

Each software module use protocol stacks developed by Labcom to implement the required functionalities based on logical algorithm also developed internally by Labcom, specifically for each functionality or module.

Labcom Sistemas offers a set of software modules and protocol stacks that can be grouped, configured and customized in several ways to compose specific applications to each customer.
.

Based on this library of software modules and protocol stacks Labcom develops its own applications that run on commercial off-the-shelf servers (COTS) specified by Labcom, implemented in customers premises (or collocated in data centers) or implemented in virtualized servers in private or public clouds (Amazon Web Services – AWS, Google Cloud Platform – GCP).

Using the components of this library of software modules and protocol stacks, Labcom Sistemas builds its own portfolio of standard applications, presented in the tab Applications of this site. Besides that, Labcom also develops new applications to specific customer demands by grouping and adapting the available software modules, or even developing new ones when necessary.

All application can be implemented in modular and redundant configurations with high availability, scalability and flexibility. Redundancy configurations includes active/hot standby mode and active/active (N+1) with load sharing, using local or geographical redundancy.

Each application offers a set of call measurement and call data records (CDRs) that can be exported and processed by big data and analytics tools and applications to support network performance analysis and profile of use of the network, interconnections and end users.
